What a great job in Endomorph body type? I have a body type Endomorph and want to lose muscle mass gain, but fat. How I can do both? To build muscle, you must obtain the proper amount of nutrients. You can do this by protein intake. I know you want to lose weight, but the meat is good. Eat lean meats like chicken, pork or fish.
