
increase the mass?
nobody knows how to increase body mass without protein shakes or supplements? Abit im thin for my height so there is only one way to increase application.
Eat lots of protein and train hard. Not really much else I can tell you if you do not want to take supplements. go to the gym, and try to train at least four days per week, alternating muscle groups and exercises (where the muscles are not used to doing the same.) For the size you want to increase between 3 sets of 6-8 reps for each exercise.
