What a great job in Endomorph body type? I have a body type Endomorph and want to lose muscle mass gain, but fat. How I can do both? To me, a little confused, because to gain muscle mass you need to eat much. But this goes against my plan to lose some of my fat. I want to be skinny with muscles This is a good job. To build muscle, you must obtain the proper amount of nutrients. You can do this by protein intake. I know you want to lose weight, but the meat is good. Eat lean meats like chicken, pork or fish.
