Memory is really important for people to remember important things or information. There are so many reasons why memory becomes dull. These are poor and unhealthy lifestyles and lack of brain exercise. Poor eating diets affect our memory skills, especially if the food that we intake has lack of vitamins that would help to enhance our brain cells.

Vitamin B6.  It has been shown to be beneficial in memory retention as well as maintaining brain health.

Folic acid. It helps in the production of red blood cells and can help improve sense of well-being and mental clarity.

Gotu Kola. It’s an herbal extract native to Asia and Europe, gotu kola also improves brain circulation, as well as mental performance and retention and many more.

Another thing that affect is lack of brain exercise. As being mentioned above, memory needs to be exercised. Thus, it needs to do it so that it will sharpen your memory skills. One of the examples is the Mnemonic. It’s a kind of memory aid devices that would help to recall things through, sentences, visual images, jokes or even acronyms. So, if you want to remember something, you have to use this Mnemonic. Also, another thing to exercise your brain is by simply playing games like chess, crossword, and puzzles and other related games that would stimulate your brain to think or analyze.
